Samantha Marks – OPEX CRE Management

Samantha Marks serves as Senior Controller at OPEX CRE Management, where she oversees property and corporate accounting, financial reporting, and payroll. Samantha joined OPEX as the company was establishing its accounting function and played an integral role in developing the department, including implementing the processes and procedures needed to support the company’s growing portfolio. She brings more than 15 years of accounting experience, including ten years specializing in commercial real estate accounting across office, multifamily, development, and other commercial assets. Prior to joining OPEX, Samantha held accounting positions with several real estate investment and development firms. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Legal Studies from Drexel University.
