Victoria Lozinak – OPEX CRE Management

Leadership

Victoria Lozinak joined OPEX CRE Management in 2025 and oversees portfolio management, maintenance, operations, and the firm’s industrial property management platform. She brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience managing 12.5 million square feet across office, retail, flex, industrial, and life science properties. Previously, she held leadership roles at Liberty Property Trust, CBRE, Hayden Management Company/Maguire Hayden Real Estate, and JLL. Victoria is a licensed real estate professional in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, serves on the Board of BOMA Philadelphia, co-chairs the BOMA Suburban Committee, and is a Villanova University graduate.
