Noah Weaver – OPEX CRE Management

Leadership

Noah Weaver leads asset management for OPEX CRE’s commercial portfolio, overseeing leasing, investment strategy, financing, asset repositioning, and dispositions. Before joining OPEX, he served as Vice President in RXR’s Investment Management Group, managing a New York City office portfolio exceeding 9 million square feet and leading loan workouts, restructurings, and repositioning initiatives. Earlier in his career, he supported more than 60 investment transactions at a New York City real estate investment firm. Noah holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University Haub School of Business.
