Reuben Stein – OPEX CRE Management

Reuben Stein is a commercial real estate professional with over 17 years of industry experience. He began his career in Memphis, Tennessee, managing family residential properties before earning his real estate broker’s license and transitioning to commercial real estate in 2006. Across all asset classes, he has overseen the day-to-day operations of complex portfolios. Reuben brings extensive commercial management expertise to OPEX CRE Management, leveraging industry collaboration to establish strong financial and business frameworks while providing ownership groups with a competitive advantage.

His experience spans more than 14 million square feet of commercial real estate, enabling him to identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth. With a focus on Strategy, Analytics, and Growth Initiatives, Reuben has strengthened organizational performance while supporting senior leadership decisions. He received his B.A. from the Hebrew Theological College undergraduate program and his J.D. from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
